Tina-Lisa Agresta

A third-generation cosmetologist, Tina-Lisa grew up amidst permanent waves and roller sets in her grandmother’s bustling beauty school in Ohio. Soon after graduating from Pittsburgh Beauty Academy in 1989, she began working at Jeffrey’s Salon in Shadyside. In 1993, she took additional courses at PBA to specialize in nail technology, then spent the remainder of the year training under Ethel Fabian at Faces European Skin Care Salon. Tina-Lisa returned to Jeffrey’s in 1994 where she continues to hone her craft, promoting the health of the natural nail as her utmost priority.

In 2009, Tina-Lisa made the conscious choice to go green, consulting with long-time friend Thomas Carson, a certified aromatherapist in New York City. Together they created natural and organic recipes for each offering on the menu, using only the purest ingredients and finest essential oils. Every product is custom-blended, and all treatments for the Holistic Pedicure are handcrafted in fresh batches for each guest.

To ensure complete relaxation, all nail care is provided in the comfort of Tina-Lisa’s private room on the lower level of Jeffrey Smith Studio. Although a natural buff is the finish of choice for a complete organic experience, she also offers a vast selection of both classic and current shades of Essie, OPI, and Shellac nail polish.

Tina-Lisa strictly follows all PA state Board sanitation and sterilization procedures.
